Love thy computer…

Hello again, everyone! I have been very unhappy for the past 24 hours or so, and now I am very happy! That is because I have just been through the dark uncertainty of a power cut!!!

Yes, you heard me right! The power cut lasted over 24 hours! It started at 2: 20pm UK time on the 26th May, till 2:43pm on the 27th! After this ordeal I can now exclusively tell you all that it was horrible!

My day was full of Half Light, Pitch Black and NO technology, apart from what little power I dared to take from my iPod Touch…

One Year of modo!

What had I just done exactly one year ago?  Something very special, that’s what!

The date was 16th May 2009 and, after months of saving, I was finally able to buy the great 3D software from Luxology, modo! What a happy day that was!! It was in the second half of the modo 401 roll out, and so I was actually buying 302 at that point. 401 did not release until 18th June 2009.

To celebrate my 1st modo anniversary, I have a little project planned for a release this week, along with the completion of a new final image. Nothing really special, but I just thought I’d mention my pleasure at this happy occasion and fond memory. 😀

I’ll release those two little projects when complete. modo WIP forum watchers will already know about the image that’s coming. 🙂
