My first project made using the Scan ‘N’ Cut digital cutting machine. The umbrella is one of the preset shapes from the machine, and the text is hand drawn, scanned using the Scan ‘N’ Cut, and the hand traced in Serif DrawPlus (to have complete control of the vectors).
The background is made using watercolor card, Distress Inks, and a Sheena Douglass embossing folder. The brolly is made from mirror card, and Distress Inked Centura Pearl Swirl card.
This project was entirely designed by me in Affinity Designer. To get correct perspective for the street, I made a quick mock-up model in Modo.
Desk organiser designed entirely by me for under my monitor riser. I designed and digital painted the patterned papers (as well as printing them), and designed the unit, and the vector cutting files for it.
The cushion I created using the classic "Joseph's Coat" patchwork block.
Piece made using a Claritystamp called ‘Wise Old Owls’. Background Distress Ink applied with cut and dry foam, and sprized to lift the ink to create ‘stars’. Created using the Stamps Away Gypsy Caravan MDF kit. Painted using System 3 Acrylic Paints (including red and metallic red), Luminarte Silks for the turquoise, and coffee paste for the aged wood effect. Emblished with acrylic gems. Created using a Tim Holtz – Stampers Anonymous blueprint stamp, a Tim Holtz Stencil, Distress Ink, Luminarte Silks, and Staz-On ink. Lettering made with the Claritystamp Woodpress letter set. Stamp decoupaged with Staz-On stamped acetate and silver mirror board. Hand drawn elements added using Stabilo Colorparade Pens.
Created using a Polyanna Pickering owl stamp set, and embellished with Sheena Douglass Stamps. Aquatints and Distress Inks were used to color.
